Superconducting qubits above 20 GHz operating over 200 mK
PRX Quantum (2024)
Scientists demonstrate niobium trilayer qubits with decoherence times of 1 microsecond at higher temperatures than typical operating temperatures, opening possibilities for building larger quantum computers and integrating qubits into experiments that generate more heat.
